Our Story

Our Story – From a River of Faith to a Symbol of Hope

My name is Michael Caravelli, and the story of this cross begins long before I was ever born.

In 1955, my grandfather opened a small jewelry workshop in Rhode Island.
With a single wooden workbench and a heart full of devotion, he handcrafted rosary beads for local churches and Catholic families. He believed that faith should not only be spoken in prayer – but carried, close to the heart, every single day.

Over the decades, his modest workshop grew into a family tradition.
My father joined him, designing crosses, medals, and inspirational jewelry that traveled far beyond our small town – reaching Christian retailers and believers across America and around the world.

For nearly seventy years, our family has poured soul and craftsmanship into every creation.
To us, jewelry has never been just decoration – it has always been a vessel of emotion, memory, and divine connection.

In 2014, I built my own inspirational jewelry brand, carrying forward my family’s heritage. After years of growth and eventually selling that company, I felt a pull back to the source – to the roots of faith that first inspired my grandfather.
I wanted to create something sacred. Something unique.
Something that wasn’t merely worn – but felt.

That moment came during a visit to the Holy Land.
Standing at the banks of the Jordan River, watching the sunlight dance across the water, I felt what generations of believers had felt before me. This was the place where baptism, rebirth, and hope began.

And that is where the idea was born.
A piece of inspiration that would carry within it a drop of that history – a reminder that faith never truly sinks.

This vision became The Holy Water Collection – and at its heart, The Floating Cross Pendant.

Each pendant is filled with real water drawn from the Jordan River, hand-sealed between crystal-clear domes.
Inside, a golden cross floats eternally in the center, symbolizing how faith remains steady even when life feels uncertain.

What started as a small workbench in 1955 has become a legacy of devotion, craftsmanship, and hope passed from generation to generation.

Today, every single piece we create carries a part of that journey –
a bridge between my family’s past and your own walk of faith.

Because sometimes, hope doesn’t arrive as a miracle we can see…
It arrives as a quiet reminder we wear close to our hearts.
